We don't know what year it was done but this car is a 79 Mustang that was bought and shipped to Germany and retagged for German inspection. It was bought by a friend who was stationed there and is now in Hawaii. When the car is completed it will be shipped back to Hawaii It may not look like much now, but just watch the transformation.
